If you have replaced or upgraded your computer hardware and need to re-install the game guide EPOS system on it, or need to transfer the licence to another system, then you will need to complete a Licence Transfer Form. This can be downloaded in pdf format from here, or obtained from our office.

Once completed, please fax and/or post it to:
