Site Use

Use of this site is governed by these terms of use and legal restrictions. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms. Do not use this site if you do not accept these terms. Complete EPOS Solutions Ltd (CES) authorizes customer’s use of the information and software at this site to support the customer’s software. All copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original software must be retained. The information or software on this site must not be modified, reproduced, displayed, distributed or used otherwise for any public or commercial purpose without the written consent of a director of CES. The information and software at this site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark or other laws.

Support Agreements

A customer with a CES support agreement using this site as an element of that support is also governed by the terms and conditions of sale and service, or the applicable support agreement terms and conditions.

User Submissions

Any material, information or other communication transmitted to this site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. CES has no obligations with respect to these transmissions. CES will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use all communications including data, images, sounds, texts or other attachments or embodiments, for any and all commercial or non-commercial purpose. Customer is prohibited from transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other material that would violate any law.

CES may, but is not obliged to monitor or review any areas on the site where users transmit or post communications, or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards or other forums, and the content of any such communication. CES will not, however, have any liability related to such communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity or other. CES reserve the right to remove messages that include an advertisement for sale, private information on other users and/or CES employees, or any material deemed unacceptable. Any offences following a written warning will result in expulsion from future communications, and possible legal action.

CES MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH REGARDS TO THE INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE PROVIDED ON THIS SITE. THE INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’. CES, ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RELATED TO ANY USE, REPRODUCTION, MODIFICATION OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE, INFORMATION, DOCUMENTATION OR LINKS PROVIDED BY THIS SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Local applicable law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the security of any user identification codes, agreement codes, login codes and passwords. The customer is also responsible for governing the use, sharing and re-assignment of same. CES is not responsible for any unauthorized use of these details.

Downloads

CES makes every effort to check software at all stages of production. However CES advise that an anti-virus check be performed on all software downloaded from the internet. CES, its’ employees or agents accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or disruption to your computer system or data that may occur as a consequence of using software from this site.

Interruptions

The customer understands and agrees that temporary interruptions of services provided by CES may occur from time to time. CES agrees to exercise reasonable care to prevent such occurrences. Under no circumstances will CES be liable for any financial or other damages due to such interruptions.
